Dr Ash, as he is affectionately known to most of his friends and patients, graduated in 1997 and has done numerous postings in public health institutions covering different aspects of medical care. It is his deep interest in aesthetic care and his natural love for all things beautiful that has been instrumental to his decision to practice aesthetic medicine full time.
When he is not busy beautifying people, you can always bet on him to find time to indulge in one of his varied interests and passions, his vis vitalis in this often hectic and hurried world. Chemical Peel
Chemical peels, are a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin. In this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin, which causes it to "blister" and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. The new skin also is temporarily more sensitive to the sun.
What Conditions Do a Chemical Peel Treat?
Chemical peels are performed on the face, neck or hands. They can be used to:

Yukari Sato is one of those people who take good care of their health by using the appropriate skin care and taking in the right foods. She does not have serious problems when it comes to her face, but she says she feels the dryness of her skin when she is on the plane or inside an air conditioned room for a long time. Yukari is also interested in firming up her facial line and rejuvenating her skin.
For her skin concerns, Dr. Ash recommended the combination of Microdermabrasion and Radio Frequency treatment.
Treatment
MICRODERMABRASION + RADIO FREQUENCY (RF) FACELIFT WITH VITAMIN C
This procedure is non-invasive and Dr. Ash recommends it for their patients as a maintenance treatment to keep up their skin’s texture and firmness.
It is one of the most popular treatments in their clinic. Eden’s Quick Charge Combo is simple, inexpensive and requires no down time. With these two basic treatments (Microdermabrasion and Radio Frequency), clients can achieve good skin with improvements in texture and elasticity.
Microdermabrasion is an exfoliation treatment that can take away dead skin, and the upper layer of the epidermis, so as to stimulate new skin. It will thoroughly cleanse one’s skin, making it feel smoother and cleaner. After Microdermabrasion, Radio Frequency is done to break down the collagen molecules and the structure of one’s skin and to reform it into a tighter matrix. This treatment will tighten and firm up the skin, providing a more youthful appearance. As a final step, a Vitamin C-rich mask will be applied for rejuvenation, soothing and calming purposes.

Facial Cleansing
Before proceeding with the treatment, the therapist thoroughly cleanses Yukari’s face, freeing it from all traces of make-up and skin impurities.

First Round of Microdermabrasion
The purpose of the first round of Microdermabrasion is to clean the face and remove all traces of dead skin cells on Yukari’s face.

Second Round of Microdermabrasion
The therapist repeats the process. She uses a second round of Microdermabrasion to smoothen the skin on Yukari’s face.

Cooling Gel with Vitamin C
Cooling gel infused with vitamin C is applied on Yukari’s face to serve as a protective layer during the RF treatment and to allow the machine to glide easily over her face.

Radio frequency
The therapist proceeds with the Radio Frequency treatment. The rod will heat up the skin molecules and tissues as it passes over, thus firming up the skin.

Review of progress
After completing the treatment on the right side of Yukari’s face, the therapist halts the treatment to allow her to view the results.

Radio Frequency Treatment
The therapist resumes with the Radio Frequency treatment. She focuses on the middle of Yukari’s face, carefully moving the rod along the mouth and nose area.

After covering the right side and the middle of Yukari’s face, the therapist continues with the Radio Frequency treatment on the left side of her face.

After completing the Radio Frequency treatment, the therapist applies a vitamin C-rich mask on Yukari’s face.

As a final thoughtful step, the therapist protects Yukari's treated face by applying her face with sunblock and moisturizer.
