There are many incompetent practitioners that are executing these surgeries. Make sure that before you agree with them, you have already done your research about that clinic or hospital and the surgeon who will handle your operation. Be skeptical if you are getting super cheap quotes for these procedures. Never compromise your safety for aesthetic aims.
