This is one must-try slimming spa! There is nothing remotely negative about the whole experience – or the ambience for that matter. The first floor of the shop brims with life, with its lively Chinese music and welcoming atmosphere. The second floor seems to be a totally different place. It is very cosy – definitely one of the cosiest spas I’ve seen by far. The aroma and ambience is extremely relaxing and the treatment rooms are spacious enough, with their very own toilets. The therapist and spa manager are worthy of commendation as they are very willing to share information every step of the way. Expertise-wise, they receive two thumbs up. The same goes for their friendliness. Prepare to experience heartfelt customer service at UCARA.

The therapist thoroughly massages the ampoule on Sera’s tummy. This will help loosen up the cells inside, making it more active and responsive to the massage. This, in turn will enhance the effects of the massage.
After applying the ampoule, the therapist adeptly massages Sera’s abdomen using kneading and compressing motions. The massage is aimed at pushing up the large intestine and stimulating a healthy bowel movement.
The kneading and compression feels good. I can feel my tummy muscles loosening up.

The herbal oil, with its soothing qualities is applied and massaged into the tummy. The herbal oil further aids in improving Sera’s digestive track and in enhancing the body’s natural detoxification process. The herbal oil works wonders in stimulating and pushing up the large intestine and in unclogging built-up toxins in the digestive system. This deep tissue massage not only has health benefits, but it is also extremely relaxing as well.
The therapist then cups the air from her stomach to release all the constrained gases.
The herbal oil feels a bit warm on my tummy. It feels relaxing and invigorating at the same time.

A herbal mask is then applied over a gauze cloth to amplify the shaping and detoxifying effects of the ampoule. It is a very effective medium for detoxifying the body and it also aids in improving Sera’s intestinal movement.
After thorough application of the herbal mask, the tummy area is then wrapped in plastic to intensify the shaping and detoxification process. By this time, Sera will feel warmth and a burning sensation around her tummy area.
For best results, the mask will be left on for roughly 10 minutes.
Now it's even warmer! I could feel a burning sensation in my abdomen. I do hope the ampoule, massage and mask are doing wonders for my digestion and overall well-being.
After Treatment
After the intensive, yet thoroughly relaxing Tummy Shaping and Detox with Herbal Formula , Sera's abdomen seems slimmer and more toned. After one session, most customers usually would have an increased, albeit smoother, bowel movement. It is too soon to tell, but just a few minutes after the massage, Sera could already feel her tummy tone up and shape up.

It was a great experience. Great massage! It was warm, relaxing and very soothing. The therapist certainly knew what she was doing and was very skilful in massaging certain pressure points in my stomach. The Herbal Oil and Mask felt warm to my skin but I knew they were working wonders. All in all, I could say that it was a wonderful experience.
